Clínicas Básicas de Patinaje

Todas las personas que comienzan nuestras clínicas inician en un circuito de conos rojos, diseñado especialmente para brindar confianza, estabilidad y control mientras aprenden las bases del patinaje.

Las clínicas progresan según la habilidad de cada participante.
Si nunca has patinado, te enseñamos desde cero.
Si ya tienes experiencia, te ayudamos a llevar tu patinaje al próximo nivel.

 

Durante la clínica aprenderás a:

• Desarrollar balance y control
• Caerte correctamente para evitar lesiones
• Técnicas básicas de rodamiento
• Adaptarte a diferentes superficies y cambios de piso
• Frenos básicos
• Patinar en pareja
• Compartir y conectar con nuevos amigos que también aman patinar

Duración de la sesión: 1 hora.

Costo $40+tax. Comunícate al 787-501-4669 para reservar su espacio. 

 

Requisitos para Participar en las Clínicas

• Debes llegar 45 minutos antes para registrarte y completar el relevo de responsabilidad.
• Si eres menor de 21 años, debes venir acompañado por un padre, madre o tutor.

• Equipo protector obligatorio:

• Casco
• Rodilleras
• Coderas
• Muñequeras

• Renta de equipo: La renta de patines y equipo protector para las clínicas tiene un costo de $10.
• Seguro médico: Debes tener seguro médico vigente en caso de cualquier emergencia.

 

Vestimenta recomendada:

• Pantalón tipo licra o corto flexible
• Camisa Coolmax o deportiva
• Comer bien antes de la clase
• Traer agua para hidratarte

 

Evaluación inicial

Durante los primeros 10 minutos de la clínica, evaluamos a los participantes principiantes para asegurarnos de que la clase sea la adecuada para su nivel.

Si entendemos que un participante necesita atención individual, se le informará en ese momento. Tendrá la opción de:

• Recibir reembolso completo
• Tomar una clase privada en el próximo espacio disponible por un costo adicional.

Basic Skating Clinics

Everyone who joins our clinics begins in a red cone circuit, specially designed to build confidence, stability, and control while learning the fundamentals of skating.

Our clinics progress according to each participant’s skill level.
If you have never skated before, we will teach you from the very beginning.
If you already know how to skate, we will help you take your skating to the next level.

 

During the clinic you will learn how to:

• Develop balance and control
• Fall correctly to help prevent injuries
• Basic rolling and skating techniques
• Adapt to different surfaces and terrain changes
• Basic braking techniques
• Skate with a partner
• Meet and connect with new friends who also love skating

Session duration: 1 hour

Cost: $40 + tax

Requirements to Participate in the Clinics:

• Participants must arrive 45 minutes early to register and complete the liability waiver.
• Participants under 21 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

Protective equipment required:

Helmet
Knee pads
Elbow pads
Wrist guards

• Equipment rental: Skate and protective gear rental for clinics is $10.
• Medical insurance: Participants must have active medical insurance in case of an emergency.

 

Recommended Clothing:

• Flexible shorts or athletic leggings
• Coolmax or moisture-wicking athletic shirt
• Eat properly before the class
• Bring water to stay hydrated

 

Initial Evaluation

During the first 10 minutes of the clinic, beginner participants will be evaluated to ensure the class level is appropriate for them.

If we determine that a participant requires individual instruction, they will be informed at that moment. Participants will have the option to:

• Receive a full refund, or
• Schedule a private lesson at the next available time for an additional fee.
