Bont Avenger hardcore 110mm xxfirm

The Avenger Hardcore is the first mass-produced aluminum hub inline racing wheel. We chose aluminum as the hub material because it offers more rebound than plastic or nylon hubs. The Avenger Hardcore 110mm inline speed skating wheel is produced by MPC for Bont and it has recorded the highest ever rebound score of any wheel MPC has ever produced. MPC wheels have won more world titles in the last 10 years than any other wheel manufacturer. 

To ensure the hub is not too stiff we have curved the spokes. CAD-CAM software was used to perfect the weight and rebound of the hub. A mechanical lock is used to ensure the urethane can never be dislodged from the hub.

El Avenger Hardcore es el primer volante de carreras en línea con buje de aluminio fabricado en serie. Elegimos el aluminio como material de buje porque ofrece más rebote que los bujes de plástico o nylon. La rueda de patinaje de velocidad en línea Avenger Hardcore 110mm es producida por MPC para Bont y ha registrado la puntuación de rebote más alta de cualquier rueda que MPC haya producido. Las ruedas MPC han ganado más títulos mundiales en los últimos 10 años que cualquier otro fabricante de ruedas. 

Para garantizar que el buje no sea demasiado rígido, hemos curvado los radios. Se utilizó software CAD-CAM para perfeccionar el peso y el rebote del buje. Se ha utilizado un bloqueo mecánico para garantizar que el uretano nunca pueda desprenderse del buje.
